I also take commissions for Character sheets. This also applies for creating new outfits/looks for an oc or existing character if I’m asked to come up with it.✦Character sheets may take up to 5-6+ weeks. This will depend entirely in the complexity of the commission. I'll be in contact with the client as much as possible. Same rules apply for character sheet/design commissions.✦Finished commission will be sent in .PNG format with three versions included: one with the full sheet with background, one with the full sheet and a transparent background and another one with every view in a separate image with a transparent background.All base prices and examples are listed below. *If the client wants me to fully design their character from scratch I can totally do it, but there will be a fee of $80USD or more depending of the complexity of the design.
**This is the base price for the Clothing design, it may vary depending of the complexity of the outfit.
***Characters sheets aren't shaded, yet if the client wants it the full character sheet will be shaded (you can see some examples below the first two pictures in this page).

By commissioning me, you're agreeing to the following terms. Please read it carefully before placing an order!

•Payment

✦All payments are upfront and over Paypal. Once we both agree on the terms for the commission I'll send an invoice through Paypal. Please don't send any payment prior.
✦I may charge a complexity fee if the design seems complicated enough. I'll inform the client of this before I start the commission just in case the client wants to change or cancel their request.
✦I'll start the commission once the invoice is fully paid.

•General

✦Please provide at least a description, reference, character sheet, pose and/or drawing explaining exactly what you'd like. That way I can understand your request and provide a better service. If the client can't provide any reference of the character or description for the commission I have the right to refuse or deny the commission.✦Commissions may take up to 3-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the artwork, queue, health or personal matters. If there's any reason I need more time for the commission I'll contact the client immediately.✦ I'll be in contact with the client as much as possible but I appreciate the patience of my clients in case I take more time in updating them on their request.✦If you wish to skip the queue and be priority, the fee will be $15 USD. You will have to DM me or state that you want a Rush Fee.✦I don't work on weekends!✦Finished commissions will be sent through the payer's e-mail, I'll send it in .PNG format with two versions included: one with a simple background and another with a transparent background.✦I typically draw 1-3 sketches to give the client a range of poses and designs to choose from. The client may request up to three changes for their chosen sketch, so please make sure to be specific about what you want, and look carefully at the sketch for anything you may want to modify before approving it. Any additional changes to the sketch will be $10 USD each.
In addition, any changes to the drawing that are requested once I've begun lineart will be $15 USD each.*^{*This does not apply to cases in which I make an error, e.g. I do not follow the original design or I make a mistake. If I make any mistakes, I'll change/fix it free of charge.}✦I might post finished commissions (with a watermark) on my social media (twitter, bsky, instagram, tumblr). Please let me know beforehand if you don't want me to publish it/tag you.
UPDATE: with the new terms of services of Twitter. The finished commission (if posted) will go through Glaze to protect it from any AI. If the client doesn't want their commission to be posted, please just contact me over my Twitter DMS✦All the commission updates can be found on my trello page. Do not send me DMs asking over the status of your commission.✦I will only send updates whenever something is finished to get approval to move on with the rest of the work. Please do not DM me for updates, unless you want me to change something (Last minute changes after lineart/coloring is done may lead to additional charges).✦I have the right to refuse or deny a commission if I feel unable to execute it.

•Commissioner rights

You may:
✦Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
✦Print the artwork for yourself (this includes making it into a charm, sticker or any printing form!)
✦Post it on social media.You may not:
✦Change, edit or trace the commission.
✦Use the artwork for any commercial purpose.
✦Feed the artwork to any AI.

•Final agreement

✦By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms above.
